What you’ll do
Over four days, you’ll explore how you can make an impact – and how HSBC can support your ambitions. Here’s an overview of what you’ll experience:
- Step inside the action: See how our teams build relationships with clients, and how we support them with everything from sustainable finance to risk management.
- See collaboration in action: Discover how Relationship Managers partner with teams across Trade Finance, Cash Management, Investment Banking, Capital Markets, and Markets and Securities Services to help clients succeed.
- Explore real-world challenges: Learn how we think about profitability and risk as we deliver solutions tailored to client needs.
- Bring data to life: Take part in interactive activities where you’ll analyse information, contribute to presentations, and start thinking like one of the team.
- Hear from those who’ve done it: Meet people doing these jobs day-to-day – from graduates to senior leaders – and learn how they started.
Additional information
While you do not require sponsorship to join this programme, we are able to offer sponsorship if you are successful in securing a graduate offer.
This is a paid programme to help cover travel/expenses or any other loss of earnings you might incur to attend. You’ll be provided with a stipend payment of £250 prior to the start of the programme.
Eligibility criteria
- Available to attend an in-person Insight event at our 8 Canada Square, London offices on 30 March – 2 April 2026 between 9am and 5pm
- Expected to achieve, a minimum 2.1 Degree classification / 3.2 GPA or higher, or overseas equivalent to this, in any degree discipline
- Graduating in 2028
- Fluent in English
