Associate Program Manager - Podcasts

Overview

We're looking for a Program Manager I to drive large-scale, cross-functional programs across Spotify’s Podcasts business. You'll work across engineering, product, design, content, legal, and marketing to keep complex initiatives moving — setting up execution frameworks, surfacing risks early, and making sure the right people have the right information at the right time. This is a high-visibility role for someone who brings operational rigor, strong relationships, and a bias for getting things done.

Responsibilities

• Drive large-scale, cross-functional programs across Spotify Podcasts.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, design, content, legal, and marketing to keep initiatives moving.
• Set up execution frameworks, establish milestones, timelines, and governance.
• Surface risks early and proactively manage issues.
• Ensure the right information is available to the right stakeholders at the right time.
• Maintain strong relationships with cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
• Demonstrate operational rigor and a bias for delivering results.
