Business Development Analyst, APAC (VN2703)

Role Summary

Assist front desk with onboarding new clients and ensure customer requests and queries are addressed in a timely and efficient manner. Support the operational activities of the team. Assist with ad-hoc project management tasks. Attend market events to source new business opportunities. Organize marketing activities, such as digital marketing, e-forums, and events. All employees are expected to understand and comply with any operational requirements relevant to their role.

Overall Responsibilities

Collaborate with central operations functions that support the trading role, including but not limited to Operations and Technology. Assist with onboarding new client relationships and maintaining existing client relationships, supporting processes as required by colleagues, and engaging and updating clients. Support the organization of corporate events and marketing activities.
