Partners seek a private wealth management platform to manage portfolios for their clients, including Ultra-High and High Net Worth Individuals.
Job Summary
The Sales Associate reports to the Head of the Sales Team and is responsible for supporting the account opening process and providing administrative and client-interaction support to ensure high-quality service, compliance, and efficient internal operations.
Responsibilities
- Own the front-to-back account opening process for end-clients of institutional partners by conducting documentation reviews and preparing KYC packs for Compliance.
- Assist Relationship Managers and the team with day-to-day client interactions and inquiries.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing timely and accurate information for enquiries and ensuring high-quality support and sales administration.
- Provide full support to Sales team members to maintain internal service levels and client satisfaction.
- Ensure client records and documentation adhere to compliance and regulatory standards.
- Assist and coordinate with other departments (Legal and Compliance, Operations, Trading, Risk) to support smooth business operations.
- Contribute to improvements for internal systems and tools in project boards.
- Perform other administration/support tasks as assigned by Department Heads.
- Proactively suggest new ideas to improve business objectives, processes, and outcomes.
Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
- 1–3 years of private banking/private wealth management experience.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and the private wealth management space.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing in multiple languages, including English and Mandarin (Chinese) as mandatory languages.
- Singaporean or Permanent Resident.
