Job Description

As an intern in the Shared Services Centre team, you will support the project team (Digital & Tech) by assisting in day-to-day project coordination activities.

Responsibilities

• Support project management tasks such as maintaining project plans and tracking project activities, timelines and milestones.
• Set up and coordinate meetings, workshops, and project-related events.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and status reports.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external project resources.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Analytics, or any other related disciplines.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
