Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator Intern, you play an important role in ensuring the efficiency, experience, and outcomes of recruiting efforts.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ownership of the general recruitment team mailbox, interview scheduling, providing exceptional and timely responses, interactions and overall candidate experience.
- Facilitate the talent acquisition process from requisition through to offer generations via recruiting systems.
- Coordinate offer and closing process for offeres.
- Utilize the recruiting tracking system for data entry, event management, and reporting in a timely and accurate manner.
- Support and participate in the team’s recruiting initiatives and projects.
- Maintain a highly collaborative working relationship with Campus and Experienced Hires and Graduate recruiters in the Singapore firm.
- Work closely with recruiters to source candidates across various platforms.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration / Human Resources or relevant courses
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic, confident and creative
- Good co-curricular activities record
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
