What You Do
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining VBA macros and automation scripts for Microsoft Office tools to improve team efficiency.
- Building automation tools to reduce manual workflows and optimise processes.
- Analysing cross-asset exposures to enhance risk analytics through data visualisation and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
- Supporting the treasury advisory desk with daily trade flows and revenue reporting.
- Providing timely market updates to support trade idea generation.
- Performing analytics to assess the performance of treasury investment products across various asset classes.
- Assisting with data extraction and content preparation for key management meetings and reports.

OCBC Global Markets encompasses Treasury Advisory and Institutional Sales, Asset Liability Management, Trading, and Business Management. All work together to enable efficient business operations and enable customers to focus on growth. You’ll be joining a dynamic team – ambitious, award-winning, and driven. Who You Are
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree.
- Passionate about financial markets and products.
- Proficient in programming languages, specifically Visual Basic, Microsoft Excel, and Python.
- Interested in and knowledgeable about Business Intelligence (BI) visualization tools like Tableau and QlikView.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and suggest process improvements.
- A strong team player with a collaborative spirit.
