Why join

At Enterprise Banking (EB), we build relationships with businesses and established enterprises across key markets and a spectrum of industries. This role supports EB Business Management, Central Support Team (EB BM CST) in partnering with the business units to provide optimal administrative support for customers’ business banking needs.

What you do

  • Provide support to Business Units in account opening documentation checks.
  • Provide support to Business Units in financial spreading.
  • Prepare credit review packs.
  • Liaise with valuers on valuation requests for credit reviews and ad hoc requests from Relationship Managers (RM).
  • Liaise with customers to ensure timely renewal of fire insurance.
  • Perform data quality checks.
  • Perform other operational duties, including administrative support, as may be assigned from time to time.
  • Provide optimal support to Business Units, acting as an interface between different internal operational departments to resolve customer-related issues.

Who you are

  • Good team player who is driven, proactive, and has a positive attitude.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Mature, meticulous, and well-organised.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.

Qualifications

Diploma or above.
