As a Mezzanine Capital Unit Intern, you’ll be directly involved in live deals from day one, gaining hands-on experience in structuring and executing investments. Role and Responsibilities

You’ll be an integral part of the deal team, supporting transactions through:

• Building and updating detailed financial models, including projections and sensitivity analyses.
• Preparing materials for investment committees, including memos and deal summaries.
• Conducting in-depth research on industries and companies to support investment decisions.
• Assisting in identifying new investment opportunities through market research.
• Monitoring the performance of existing investments through financial reviews.

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Demonstrated academic excellence.
• Prior internship experience in investment banking, private equity, or private credit.
• Strong foundation in financial analysis and modelling.
• Intellectually curious, driven, and with excellent written communication skills.
