Job Description

Intern, Ambassador of Buzz

The Intern, Ambassador of Buzz is the creative mind (and hands) at lyf. He/she plays a crucial role in translating lyf’s brand values and content pillars into social experiences for the guests at lyf Singapore. They build a lyf community by offering on-property activities through partnerships with influencers, organizations, and businesses. The Intern, Ambassador of Buzz will enjoy working with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced, global organisation by curating relevant workshops, brand collaborations, and events open to lyf guests and the mass public. They will report directly to the Ambassador of Buzz, lyf Singapore.

The Intern, Ambassador of Buzz must also work closely with other Ambassadors of Buzz in Singapore to coordinate quarterly country-level events.

Details of the roles and responsibilities include:

Responsibilities

  • Space & Venue Rental

    Monitor event space revenue of each lyf property and recommend strategies for increasing and enhancing marketing efforts and conversions of these spaces.

  • Partnership and Community Management

    Monitor social trends and research to source relevant partners.

  • Events and Community Engagement

    Assist the Ambassador of Buzzes (AOBs) to curate property-level weekly events aligned with the brand content pillars and cluster-level events each quarter to drive brand awareness.

    Take lead on some initiatives and activations for Cluster or Property with the planning and execution of events and campaigns.

    Evaluate post-event ROI in coordination with the AOBs and Marketing.

  • Marketing Support

    Keep up with social media trends and recommend KOLs and media to bring exposure to lyf campaigns and activations.

    Capture film/photography assets from campaigns and activations and create content from these assets for social media.

    Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends to identify trending keywords that will increase visibility for event-related communications.

    Monitor ASR Member Acquisition numbers and recommend initiatives and activations to boost sign-ups.

  • Internship Project

    Collaborate with the AOBs and Marketing team to develop a proposal for launching a social media account for lyf Singapore.
