Assistant Case Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide support on end-to-end High Net Worth (HNW) new business case management service in accordance with underwriting, compliance, regulatory and Group requirements and the agreed service lead time.
• Process cases in accurate, effective and timely manner.
• Ensure proper and complete documentation is filed in the internal record with good quality.
• Work closely with stakeholders to support the business channels to achieve the sales targets.
• Consistently and accurately provide the updated case information to all key stakeholders.
• Handle case inquiries from sales staff/brokers and stakeholders in a professional manner.
• Carry out the administrative work and prepare new business-related reports to business channel/partner.
• Proactively support ad-hoc/additional tasks and duties as assigned by Team Leader/Senior Manager.

Requirements & Qualifications

• University degree holder; Higher Diploma holder with relevant working experience will also be considered.
• Relevant working experience in life insurance industry, preferably bancassurance with HNW Case Management and/or New Business Operation experience.
• Possessing LOMA qualifications or in progress of taking any LOMA courses would be a plus.
• Great sense of teamwork, ownership and servicing mindset to deliver efficient and effective case management service processes.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
