Opportunity Overview

This key customer-facing role at branches involves general banking product sales, including retail account opening, self-service and online banking cross-selling and penetration, in-branch traffic management, and handling general enquiries. You will enhance customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and guidance throughout the banking journey.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with account openings, including deposit and investment accounts, and complete onboarding requirements.
  • Educate customers and cross-sell ATM services and OCBC online banking (Internet and mobile) to increase digital adoption and usage.
  • Greet customers in the bank hall and manage in-branch traffic triage.
  • Handle general enquiries and non-financial transactions such as password resets and credential changes.
  • Provide digital support to customers and may engage in digital workshops to promote online banking and digital services.

Requirements

  • Diploma holder or equivalent.
  • RI licenses required; TR license preferred.
  • At least 1 year of solid experience in branch banking services, preferably in banking.
  • Relevant experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Good command of MS Office and computer skills.
  • Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Mandarin.
  • Customer-oriented, proactive with strong interpersonal skills to enhance customer relationships.
  • Pleasant, presentable, and able to deliver excellent customer experiences.
  • Solid knowledge of online banking services.
  • Cooperative and able to build strong team spirit with colleagues.
