Opportunity Overview
This key customer-facing role at branches involves general banking product sales, including retail account opening, self-service and online banking cross-selling and penetration, in-branch traffic management, and handling general enquiries. You will enhance customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and guidance throughout the banking journey.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist customers with account openings, including deposit and investment accounts, and complete onboarding requirements.
- Educate customers and cross-sell ATM services and OCBC online banking (Internet and mobile) to increase digital adoption and usage.
- Greet customers in the bank hall and manage in-branch traffic triage.
- Handle general enquiries and non-financial transactions such as password resets and credential changes.
- Provide digital support to customers and may engage in digital workshops to promote online banking and digital services.
Requirements
- Diploma holder or equivalent.
- RI licenses required; TR license preferred.
- At least 1 year of solid experience in branch banking services, preferably in banking.
- Relevant experience in customer service is preferred.
- Good command of MS Office and computer skills.
- Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Mandarin.
- Customer-oriented, proactive with strong interpersonal skills to enhance customer relationships.
- Pleasant, presentable, and able to deliver excellent customer experiences.
- Solid knowledge of online banking services.
- Cooperative and able to build strong team spirit with colleagues.
