Technician

Role

Ensure electric trucks are ready for delivery by conducting thorough inspections, testing, and troubleshooting. Work with the Pre-Delivery Team to ensure trucks meet performance and safety standards before reaching customers.

Responsibilities

Pre-Delivery Inspections

• Inspect electric trucks to ensure all systems (electrical, mechanical, battery, charging) are functioning properly.

Testing & Troubleshooting

• Perform on-road and in-shop tests to verify vehicle performance.
• Identify and troubleshoot any issues, making necessary adjustments or repairs.

System Calibration & Configuration

• Calibrate software and electronics to ensure trucks meet company and customer specifications.

Quality Assurance

• Ensure all vehicles meet safety and quality standards.
• Document inspections, fixes, and tests for each vehicle.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with engineers, assembly teams, and project managers to resolve issues and meet delivery timelines.

Safety Protocols

• Follow safety procedures when handling high-voltage systems and components.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Job Requirements

Experience

Hands-on experience with electric vehicles, automotive systems, or related fields.

Troubleshooting & Problem Solving

Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Attention to Detail

Thorough approach to inspections, ensuring no issues are overlooked.

Team Player

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

Mechanical & Electrical Knowledge

Solid understanding of vehicle mechanics and electrical systems (EV-related preferred).

Certifications (Bonus)

Electrical, mechanical or high-voltage safety certification (a plus but not required).

Passion for EVs

Genuine interest in electric vehicles and sustainable transportation.
