[Keppel Internship Programme 2026] Intern, RE Investment (June - Aug/Dec 2026)

Job Description

Keppel is a leading global asset manager and operator with strong capabilities in energy and environment, urban development and connectivity, creating solutions for a sustainable future. The intern will be responsible for the following:

• Assist in real estate market research.
• Assist in evaluating potential acquisition opportunities, including financial analysis.
• Assist experienced team members in preparing internal approval memos and other documentation.

2. Understand key factors in evaluating real estate investments.
3. Develop analytical skills and financial modeling skills.

Job Requirements

• A highly motivated individual with a strong desire to learn about real estate investment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
• A meticulous and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Basic understanding of financial modeling and proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
