Job Description

Assist the Technical Services Manager with the following:

• Update databases for knowledge management, including:
  • Vendor list
  • Waivers submitted and obtained for A&A
  • Cost database
• Assist with and gain exposure to day-to-day Asset Enhancement project management work, including:
  • Design management
  • Procurement
  • Construction
  • Document management
  • Defects management
• Explore opportunities for automation and optimization using AI.
• Work with multiple stakeholders across the value chain to develop a deeper understanding of the real estate industry.
