Department: Finance — Procure-to-Pay Team

Responsibilities

• Document process flow for Procure-to-Pay.
• Process and record payables transactions in accordance with accounting principles (prepayment, fixed asset, expense) and assign the correct GL account based on the nature of expenses.
• Perform audit checks of expense claims for policy non-compliance.

• Accountancy or Finance students from local or overseas universities.
• Keen to develop themselves in the profession.
