Our Human Resources Services & Solutions team supports the Firm through the consistent delivery of operational support focused on the employee experience, leveraging HR administration to provide timely and accurate solutions to all employees and stakeholders alike.

We are looking for someone who is able to commit from January to June 26.

Responsibilities

  • Administer onboarding and off-boarding activities
  • Create, maintain, and update records in HR databases and systems to ensure data accuracy and quality
  • Attend to staff queries related to HR policies and processes
  • Provide administrative support in staff welfare, billing, and payments matters
  • Participate in HR-related projects
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Candidates pursuing studies in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Workday is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff
  • Meticulous, well-organized, and has excellent coordination and follow-up skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude, self-motivated and proactive
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where quality and speed matter
