Job Description

• Assist in real estate market research.
• Assist in evaluating potential acquisition opportunities, including financial analysis.
• Support experienced team members in preparing internal approval memos and other documentation.

Job Requirements

• Highly motivated individual with a strong desire to learn about real estate investment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Basic understanding of financial modeling and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good academic standing (minimum 2nd upper/Distinction GPA/CAP).
• Preferably a background in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Real Estate; open to other disciplines or career changers.
