- Global Tech Program (Development & Engineering): year-long graduate track spanning Software Engineer, User Experience, Product Manager, Program & Project Management, and PhD Research roles.
- Sales: graduate sales development representative roles.
- Implementation Consulting: graduate consultant roles bridging customers and Oracle solutions.
- Corporate Functions: graduate roles across the company's business operations.
- Internships: a summer internship program for current students.
The Global Tech Program fills a graduate's first year with onboarding, technical training, professional-development courses, and cohort events – including a signature "All-In" event – delivered across several geographies. For an applicant that means the engineering route is a full-year structured commitment rather than a short onboarding, and roles are applied to individually through Oracle's rolling careers portal, so a candidate targeting more than one track is tracking several separate openings at once.
