The Boot Camp converts directly to a Richmond offer, the U.S./U.K. summer is the standard pipeline into the broader Analyst class, and Frankfurt runs on rolling 12-week intakes rather than a single annual deadline – so applicants outside the standard U.S./U.K. summer window have distinct, separately-timed routes in rather than one cycle to hit.

It operates from eight offices across North America and Europe and centres its Analyst program in Richmond, Virginia, where every new Analyst from across those eight offices converges for a shared summer training before joining an industry group. Unlike a bulge-bracket bank's analyst class, the product set is M&A and private capital advisory only, and the standard deal size sits in the middle market.
