• Summer Internship Program – 10 weeks, hosting interns from global universities across Trading, Technology and Corporate tracks. The firm states it converts up to 50% of interns to full-time with a 100% offer acceptance rate.

• Smaller scale than the headline prop-trading peers. Active full-time openings sit in the low-double-digits at any given time across trading, engineering and operations; the firm's published 50% intern-to-full-time conversion implies an internship cohort measured in tens rather than the hundreds run at Jane Street, Citadel Securities or Optiver.
• Single integrated proprietary platform. The firm presents its tech and trading as one stack ("best-in-class proprietary trading platform"), with the same job board surfacing trader, engineer, quant, risk and ops roles together; a candidate is choosing one of a handful of teams rather than navigating layers of business units.

Against the bigger market-making competitive set, the trade is smaller-cohort visibility and a tighter team perimeter against the deeper rotational programmes and broader product surface area of the headline firms. For a candidate who wants direct exposure to a senior trading floor early, that is a feature; for one optimising for brand or breadth, it is a real constraint to weigh.
