• Banking Program: pitch work, financial modeling, and M&A analysis
• Sales & Trading Program: execution across fixed income and equities, including U.S. Treasuries, corporates, and MBS/ABS
• Summer Internship Program: an annual internship open to undergraduate and graduate students, with separate workplace exposure for high school students

Because CastleOak sorts entrants into a banking or trading track at the point of hire, a candidate is committing to one path earlier than at firms that defer that choice to a later rotation.

LinkedIn's company page independently lists a comparable headcount and the same 2006 founding year. At that scale, a new analyst sits on live deal teams directly rather than behind a large staffing pool, and third-party minority-owned certification is uncommon among Wall Street boutiques. A candidate weighing this firm against a bulge-bracket program is trading program breadth for earlier, more direct deal responsibility.
