It runs three named pathways:

• Graduate Programme: a 15-month BC Adventurers development track in business fundamentals, storytelling and venture building, concluding with a cross-portfolio Graduate Venture Challenge; graduates work in Product, Strategy & Operations, Go-to-Market or Data & Insight inside one portfolio business (graduate programme).
• Pioneers: a 15-month RedTeam L&D track aimed at experienced young professionals with prior work experience, who join a portfolio company in an operating role (pioneer).
• Portfolio Impact Managers: a route for established professionals who either incubate a new venture idea or step into an existing portfolio company as operators (portfolio impact manager).

Hiring sits across London (Scale Space), Mumbai, and US locations, with most currently posted roles in Mumbai. Because each cohort is small and a candidate is assigned to a specific portfolio company at offer, an applicant is effectively interviewing for two things at once – the holding group and a named operating business – which is a different selection motion from a single-employer graduate scheme.

Three things shape what the work looks like on the ground:

• Portfolio companies are colocated at Scale Space in White City, a 200,000 sq ft site held as a joint venture with Imperial College London, so a graduate sits alongside multiple ventures rather than a single employer.
• A Centre for GenAI Innovation runs across the group and early-career pathways are anchored on building with GenAI tooling inside live portfolio products.
• Graduates are placed directly into one operating company from day one; the brand on the CV is the portfolio business (a fintech, edtech, media or public-services venture), not the parent group.

For an applicant choosing between this and a traditional graduate scheme, the trade-off is concrete: the day-to-day is operator work inside a private, still-scaling business rather than a structured rotation at a household-name firm, and the available roles in any given year track whichever ventures are hiring rather than a fixed function map.
