Bain Capital's current undergraduate full-time entry point is the North America Private Equity Analyst-Associate Program: a three-year commitment with a potential fourth year, structured as two years as an Analyst followed by one to two as an Associate, starting in Boston with a multi-week training program. The 2027 cohort begins in July 2027 and is open to students currently in an undergraduate program. The same Workday board carries two parallel 2027 openings alongside it — a Tech Opps Analyst and a Bain Capital Real Estate Analyst — both Boston-based.

The first decision an applicant faces is asset class, not firm: private equity, growth/tech opportunities, and real estate run as separate analyst pipelines into the same Boston office, each with its own application and its own assessment. And because the full-time analyst track runs three years with an optional fourth, it is not designed to hand off to an MBA at the twenty-four-month mark the way many banking and buy-side analyst rotations are.
