The firm's CEO-in-Training program, launched in 2015, places MBA graduates directly into CEO or C-suite seats at portfolio companies immediately after graduation – a positioning Alpine reports as the number-one most-applied-to job for the Stanford GSB, Harvard Business School and Wharton MBA classes of 2022, and one covered independently by MarketWatch in February 2023. The CFO Program and the Investor-in-Residence track extend that operator-first logic at other career stages.
