You will build trusted relationships with clients, sharing product knowledge and solutions to help them achieve their financial goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service, greeting clients to make them feel heard and cared for.
• Manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule/cancel client meetings using a tablet.
• Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and maintenance, as well as opening new accounts, while adhering to all policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions, helping them utilize technology self-service options such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful client relationships by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions in partnership with other branch team members to help achieve financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault or ATM while adhering to all bank policies and procedures.
• Provide support and coverage to multiple branch locations; local travel is required.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 6 months of Associate Banker experience required.
• Ability to put clients first and exceed their expectations by delivering attentive and friendly service and creating a welcoming environment.
• Ability to build trusted relationships by demonstrating genuine care and concern during client interactions.
• Ability to engage clients by communicating clearly and politely to understand and help, anticipating client needs.
• Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail, ensuring a consistent client experience.
• Ability to elevate the client experience by working collaboratively as a team to deliver service with care and sincerity.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• 1+ year of Associate Banker experience.
• Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology solutions.
• Cash handling experience.
