As an Associate Banker, you will represent the Chase brand and culture with the utmost hospitality, using the latest banking solutions and financial technology alongside friendly, attentive service. You will contribute to branch success by delivering exceptional client experiences, building trusted relationships, and sharing product knowledge and solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch and providing attentive, friendly service. Use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and maintenance and opening new accounts while complying with all policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions, including self-service technology such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions. Partner with other branch team members to help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to all bank policies and procedures.

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Reading and speaking proficiency in both English and Cantonese.

• Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect customers with technology solutions.
• Cash-handling experience.
