Responsibilities

Fund & Portfolio Management

• Assist with monthly and quarterly fund performance and portfolio reporting.
• Update portfolio dashboards.
• Assist in updating, tracking, and reviewing asset-level and fund-level cash flows, capital calls, and distributions.
• Assist with the preparation of quarterly investor reporting materials.

Transaction & Due Diligence Support

• Assist with due diligence for new investments and divestments.
• Organize and review information from data rooms.
• Prepare transaction summaries and comparable analyses.
• Support the preparation of investment papers and presentations.
• Conduct research on potential investment opportunities and counterparties.
