The programmes
ESR Group's early-career route is the Get Ahead Internship (GAIN) Programme, open to undergraduates and recent graduates currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, economics, or a related field, and run on-site in Singapore.
Rather than one generalist rotation, GAIN hires directly into one of thirteen functional tracks: Asset Management, Finance, Fund Management, Data Centre, Engineering, ESG, Group Treasury, Information Technology, Infrastructure, Marketing Communications, Office Operations, and the two Property Management tracks (Leasing; Contracts & Procurement). Because the application is to a specific track rather than a general pool, the department choice is the consequential decision on the form: it fixes which team and mandate the internship sits inside, so it is worth weighing against ESR's other tracks before applying.
