About Binance Accelerator Program (BAP)

The Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3-6 month internship designed for early-career talent to gain firsthand experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development and maintenance of the KYB (Know Your Business) backend system, which is the primary focus of this internship.
• Be responsible for compiling and implementing the interface documentation for the KYB business module.
• Take part in testing and regression work for KYB releases, including functional testing, regression verification, and bug tracking with the QA team.
• Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills to resolve issues reported by the QA team.
• Assist the Customer Support (CS) team in solving customer problems and classifying them for system improvement.

Requirements

• Computer-related major, Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Solid foundation in Java, including understanding of basic frameworks such as multithreading and networking.
• Familiarity with the Spring micro-service framework and its operational mechanism.
• Familiarity with MySQL database and at least one NoSQL database.
• Familiarity with common middleware such as Redis, RabbitMQ, and Kafka.
• Strong logical thinking ability, excellent teamwork skills, and a strong learning ability.
• Good communication skills; fluency in English is required for coordinating with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Additional languages would be an advantage.
• Experience with web3 projects is preferred.
