Isio runs its Early Careers recruitment as a four-stage process: an online application (contact and academic details, CV, and short motivation questions), an online assessment (numerical reasoning for every programme, plus critical reasoning for graduate and industrial-placement applicants), an application review by the Early Careers recruitment team, and a final in-person interview at one of Isio's UK offices with an experienced manager from the team applied to. • Apprenticeship: for candidates who have completed A-levels to a standard of 3 Cs (or equivalent) by 1 September 2026; applicants to the Actuarial & Consulting apprenticeship additionally need Maths at A-level grade B or higher and Maths and English at GCSE grade C/4 or higher

A separate Pensions Administration Training Academy in Belfast runs its own structured entry route toward the PMI Certificate in Pension Calculations. With four entry tracks tied to different academic stages, the one that fits is dictated by where a candidate stands in their studies, not preference: a penultimate-year student fits the industrial placement or summer internship, a graduating or graduated candidate fits the graduate scheme, and a school-leaver fits the apprenticeship or the Belfast academy.

Isio completed the acquisition of Deloitte UK's pensions advisory business in May 2023, adding 200 people and a new Belfast office. That Belfast office now runs Isio's dedicated Pensions Administration Training Academy, a structured route to the PMI Certificate in Pension Calculations that runs alongside the firm's four university-entry tracks.
