Assistant Wordings Developer

About the Role

At CFC, innovation drives everything we do. As an Assistant Wordings Developer, you will support the development, launch and ongoing enhancement of our specialist insurance products.

Working across multiple teams, you will contribute to developing policy wordings, launching new products and supporting digital trading platforms. You will gain exposure to the full product lifecycle while working alongside experts in Product Development, Underwriting, Claims and Technology.

Responsibilities

• Support the drafting, review and maintenance of policy wordings, endorsements, application forms and related documentation.
• Assist with the delivery of new insurance products, coverage enhancements and wording updates.
• Help manage product configurations within internal systems, ensuring changes are implemented accurately.
• Participate in product testing, validation and implementation activities.
• Maintain product documentation, records and version control to support governance and compliance requirements.
• Respond to product-related queries from stakeholders across the business.
• Conduct research into regulatory and jurisdictional requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across product development and operational processes.
