A Day in the Life of a Summer Associate

As a Summer Associate in the Client Service team, you will be the crucial link between our clients and the expert knowledge they seek. These connections may be facilitated via an hour-long phone call, a survey, or a written research product. Throughout your workday, you will manage multiple projects from investors, strategists, and dealmakers at top-tier organizations seeking expert insights to inform their decision-making. This is a communications-intense frontline role requiring excellent multitasking across parallel workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Owning end-to-end client-expert communications, spending significant time on the phone screening and negotiating with relevant experts to position the best matches for client requests.
• Leveraging AI-powered sourcing tools to map complex industry value chains and identify and engage with relevant experts.
• Understanding the project and market context, as well as the legal and regulatory environment in which our clients and experts operate.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who bring their best effort daily:

• Undergraduate Junior (Class of 2028).
• Strong academic credentials (undergraduate GPA of 3.3 or above).
• Noteworthy extracurricular achievements throughout school and university.
• Internship experience demonstrating an interest in business is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin is required.
• Must have work authorization in the United States; we do not sponsor visas but will consider applicants with STEM/OPT eligibility.
