Job Responsibilities

• Research for the creation of videos detailing Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) guidelines (Applicants should have previously attended video editing lessons and studied various editing software).
• Research global green certifications and energy ratings for properties worldwide.
• Research and create online forms suitable for filling out M&E KDR documentation.
• Support the uploading and creation of all CLAS properties onto Energy Star Portfolio Manager to generate Energy Ratings.
• Support translation work for drawings and documents.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or any related Building Services discipline.
• Possesses knowledge of the Environment, Building Services, and Sustainability.
• Proficiency in AI tools and prompt engineering (e.g., Microsoft Co-Pilot, ChatGPT, Claude).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Independent and able to complete tasks with initiative.
