Introduction to Equipment Associate Engineer

This role requires an Equipment Associate Engineer to perform 12-hour rotating shifts, carrying out Preventive Maintenance (PM) and assisting Equipment Engineers to maintain wafer fabrication equipment.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Troubleshooting of equipment to ensure success and survival rates meet module goals.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), carry out Calibration Adjustments (CAS) per specification, and execute good maintenance of support tools.
• Perform shift duties (12-hour shift) to support production running in the Module, ensuring equipment readiness and suitability for production.
• Maintain good housekeeping in the production floor, sub-fab, office, and maintenance support areas.
• Ensure and follow good safety practices and the safe custody of tools, equipment, and all Module properties.
• Participate in Module improvement activities.
• Provide proper and accurate handover of line issues and documentation (filling out and filing checklists).
• Be responsible and accountable for complying with and implementing Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) system, policies, procedures, and guidelines applicable to the scope of work, maintaining a healthy and safe workplace.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Microelectronics Engineering with 1 to 2 years of working experience in the Electrical or Electronics industry.
• Possess a good team player attitude, demonstrating truthfulness, logic, and responsibility.
• Be self-motivated, meticulous, disciplined, and capable of supporting overtime when required.
