What You’ll Do

• Think like a customer to understand their needs and behaviours.
• Evaluate user requirements in collaboration with the Product Team & Stakeholders.
• Understand product specifications and user psychology.
• Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g., usability, findability).
• Develop wireframes and prototypes centered around customer needs.
• Design for the web with a mobile-first mindset and be able to implement attractive designs.
• Collaborate with Product, stakeholders, and development teams from requirements to implementation.
• Keep abreast of UX and industry trends.

What We’re Looking For

• BSc in Design, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with UX/UI through internships, school, or personal projects is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools such as Figma.
• Empathy for users, coupled with a curious, analytical, and problem-solving mindset.
• Interest in UX/UI, design thinking, and continuous improvement.
• A collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments.
• Exposure to research or project management is a plus.
• A curious problem-solver with strong analytical skills who is interested in design thinking and continuous improvement.
