The Role

As a CRM Marketing Executive within the Customer and Marketing team at Carwow, you will play a key role in communicating with our users about their car-changing journey.

Email and Push notifications are pivotal channels for our user communication, and you will be responsible for managing campaigns from initial brief through to final delivery. Working alongside the CRM Marketing Manager/Senior Manager, you will collaborate closely with the commercial and marketing teams.

What You’ll Do

• Manage traffic email campaigns across Carwow, ensuring timely briefing, correct asset provision, and necessary sign-off before deployment.
• Maintain the email campaign calendar, including populating new briefs and updating statuses.
• Build email templates using a drag-and-drop editor within Iterable.
• Create dynamic content and A/B tests to maximize personalization and campaign performance.
• Build and manage customer segments within Iterable, including overseeing necessary exclusions.
• Quality Assurance (QA) of all email campaigns to guarantee 100% accuracy in spelling, grammar, URLs, and targeting.
• Report on key performance metrics back to the business units.
• Assist with CRM programs and subscription initiatives for the Carwow Studios brands (Auto Express / Evo Magazine).

What You'll Need

• Practical hands-on experience building email campaigns in a marketing platform (e.g., Iterable, Braze, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp). Prior experience building and sending campaigns is required.
• A fast learner comfortable adopting new tools and processes quickly with minimal supervision.
• Sharp attention to detail.
• Strong written English skills, as you will be reviewing copy and content.
• Comfortable working with data at a basic level (segments, exclusions, and reporting).

Bonus Points

• Specific experience with Iterable.
• Exposure to A/B testing or personalization within a CRM/email context.
• Experience utilizing Mobile Push as a marketing channel.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini.
• Experience within the publishing or subscriptions industries.
