Event Organisation & Execution

  • Support the planning and coordination of corporate events, product launches, roadshows, townhalls, exhibitions, and client engagements, covering logistics, venue liaison, run-of-show support, and on-site production.
  • Produce event-related content, such as stage visuals, signage, digital backdrops, event decks, and video loops.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure events are delivered on time, on brand, and within budget.

Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration

  • Liaise with internal teams to gather creative requirements, clarify briefs, advise on brand guidelines, and deliver appropriate design solutions.
  • Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and production partners, managing feedback, dependencies, and concurrent deadlines to deliver high-quality work promptly.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Undertake additional responsibilities and projects as required and assigned by the Head of Marketing & Communications.
