Job Summary

Are you driven, hardworking, and eager to launch your career in a high-energy global company leading the cybersecurity industry? DigiCert’s Global Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) are trained in core sales skills that help drive lead generation and qualification while building a foundation for future career growth.

As an SDR, you will generate new business opportunities by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing enterprise leads. You will work closely with Account Executives and Account Managers to generate pipeline and grow our customer base. Successful SDRs may progress into advanced sales roles or other positions with increased earning potential.

Responsibilities

  • Source opportunities and qualify leads for the sales organization.
  • Work with both inbound and outbound leads, completing approximately 80 daily touches through email, phone calls, and social media.
  • Communicate with key IT personnel, including C-level executives, by phone, email, and social media.
  • Build and maintain knowledge of DigiCert solutions to become a trusted advisor to prospects and customers.
  • Uncover and qualify prospective customer needs, understand business processes, identify projects, determine requirements, and assess potential solutions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to optimize campaign performance.
  • Demonstrate initiative, creativity, and collaboration through ad hoc projects for various departments.

Qualifications

  • At least one year of sales, sales development, or outbound outreach experience.
  • A desire to work in sales and the cybersecurity industry.
  • Coachable, self-motivated, curious, and resilient, with a “get the job done” attitude.
  • A well-rounded background with varied interests and experience.
  • Professional and efficient verbal, written, and presentation skills, along with positive and personable interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC), ZoomInfo, and Salesloft or Outreach is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Compensation Transparency

The total on-target earnings (OTE) for this role, including base salary and variable incentive compensation at 100% target performance, are outlined below.

  • OTE: £52,500–£57,500 GBP
  • Base salary: £42,000–£46,000 GBP
  • Incentive compensation: £10,500–£11,500 GBP

Each candidate’s compensation offer will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, performance expectations, business needs, and location. Actual earnings may vary based on individual performance. This role may also be eligible for additional compensation and benefits, which will be discussed during the hiring process.
