Summer Internship Program

The Corebridge Financial Summer Internship Program is designed to enhance business acumen and provide insight into the finance and insurance industry. Interns are placed in meaningful roles that are valued by the business.

The approximately 10-week program is intended for students entering the final year of their undergraduate or graduate education. Following orientation, interns join one of our business lines, each offering opportunities to develop technical knowledge and professional skills in a diverse environment.

In addition to gaining on-the-job experience, interns have opportunities to learn from senior management and participate in webinars, discussion forums, and networking receptions. Interns establish goals with their managers during the first week, with progress measured at the midpoint and end of the summer. Successful interns may be considered for full-time analyst positions available in summer 2028.

Locations and Compensation

Corebridge internship positions are available in Houston, Texas; Woodland Hills, California; Jersey City, New Jersey; and New York, New York.

For applicants in Colorado, Jersey City, and California, the hourly pay range is $20.00–$27.00.

Upon hire as a regular, full-time employee, the company offers a range of benefits.
