- Conduct research into borrowers, industries, and market trends to help inform lending and risk decisions.
- Assist with drafting contracts, presentations, and client materials while learning how transactions are structured and delivered.

Who are we looking for?
No insurance experience is needed; we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
You’ll be:
- In your penultimate year of university study and on track to achieve a 2:1 or above in any degree subject.
- Interested in finance, global markets, and current affairs, with a curiosity about how businesses and banks manage risk.
- A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships and working with a wide range of people.
- Numerate and analytical, and comfortable working with data to solve problems and identify trends.
- Organised with excellent attention to detail, and able to manage competing priorities.
- Resilient, adaptable, and able to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Eager to learn, take ownership of your work, and contribute positively to the team.
To be eligible for our programme, you must have the full and unrestricted right to work in the UK.
