The PeopleX (People Experience) team’s mission is to build a high-performance culture and enhance employee experience by driving impactful programs, hiring top talent, and enabling community across Robinhood.

As a People Partner Intern, you’ll work on meaningful projects that support the People team’s strategy—bringing insights, operations, and collaboration together to create a thriving workplace.

This role is based in our New York office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What you’ll do

• Support key PeopleX initiatives, including business support and program delivery
• Analyze employee feedback, operational data, and program outcomes to surface trends and opportunities
• Partner with COEs across PX and the business to solve challenging people-related problems
• Help deliver meaningful internal programs to contribute to a strong, inclusive employee experience

What you bring

• Currently enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate program, ideally in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or a related field; prior HR experience (internship, co-op, or similar) preferred
• Curiosity and energy for a fast-paced environment centered on learning and contributing
• Strong organization and attention to detail, with a knack for project coordination
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable collaborating across teams
• Familiarity with Workday and Google Suite is a plus

Compensation

The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of three compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan.

• US Zone 1: $24.65–$29 per hour
• US Zone 2: $24.65–$29 per hour
• US Zone 3: $23.80–$28 per hour
