About This Opportunity

The Account Executive will assist with brand strategies and brand management for top-tier partners, and support the development of new business partners in Hong Kong. The role includes implementing marketing, promotional, and category plans for top-tier partners to deliver against revenue targets.

The Account Executive will manage day-to-day requirements and build strong, high-level relationships internally and externally, while gaining a complete understanding of the partner’s goals, objectives, internal processes, and business ethics.

Responsibilities

• Lead new partner launch projects involving IT integration, marketing/promotion arrangements, card production, etc.
• Conduct market research on customer trends and behaviors.
• Assist management with the development and evaluation of rolling sales performance.
• Visit clients and work with colleagues across multiple departments (e.g., marketing, finance, legal).
• Assist with organizing ad hoc events such as product launches, exhibitions, and photo shoots.
• Provide regular, timely reporting and reviews of accounts, products, and new business opportunities.
• Work with warm leads to build new business pipelines and proactively target potential new product and merchant/retail partners to achieve new business revenue, margin, and distribution targets.
• Continuously improve processes and efficiencies in conjunction with line management.
• Coordinate with key international resource functions to manage projects end to end and ensure launches are delivered within agreed timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related subjects.
• Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in retail and/or Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).
• Strong attention to detail for tracking and managing a new business workflow.
• Willingness to take ownership and ability to drive projects end to end.
• Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills and the ability to interact at any level.
• Highly proficient presentation and commercial modeling skills.
• Able to work independently under a fast pace and deliver in a timely manner.
• Strong data analytical skills using MS Office tools.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
• Immediate or short notice would be an advantage.
