What You’ll Do

• Identify opportunities to improve engineering workflows by reducing manual effort, simplifying data consolidation, and increasing process visibility.
• Develop or support AI/automation solutions such as scripts, dashboards, workflow tools, or data templates to improve productivity, reporting accuracy, and decision-making.
• Assist in product development processes by translating market needs into technical requirements and linking workflow improvements to engineering execution needs.
• Contribute to the design, testing, and characterization of initial and over-life product performance at the system level, including opportunities to automate test data analysis and reporting.
• Support issue resolution by assisting with structured lean problem-solving methods and using digital tools to improve tracking, follow-up, and knowledge reuse.
• Collaborate with local and international teams, including engineering and manufacturing partners, to understand workflow needs, deploy practical automation improvements, and support smooth product launches.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Interest or experience in AI tools, automation, scripting, data analytics, dashboarding, or workflow digitization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and systems-thinking skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and translate process gaps into practical improvement ideas.
• Growth mindset, adaptability, good English communication skills, and availability for the required internship duration.
