2027 Off-Cycle Internship Program – Global Banking (Private Funds Group) – London

UBS is looking for ambitious students to join the 2026 off-cycle internship program within its Global Banking business.

You’ll Get to

• Be involved in the origination and execution of mandates, and provide distribution and general marketing support across the verticals.
• Support the team’s origination efforts across the verticals, contributing to pitch presentations and gaining an understanding of market trends and participants.
• Support primary fundraising by working closely with GP clients throughout a fundraise process, from preparation through to final closing.
• Work on Liquidity / Strategic Solutions by assisting with restructuring funds and supporting institutional investors seeking to liquidate or monetise their holdings.
• Gain insight into Real Estate fundraising, advisory, restructuring, and recapitalisation assignments across a broad range of real estate market sub-segments.

Your Team

You’ll work in Global Banking’s Private Funds Group based in London. In this role, you’ll gain in-depth knowledge of the primary and secondary fundraising markets, as well as the real estate sector. You’ll play an important role in advising clients on market and strategic matters, including primary capital raises and secondary market solutions.

Your Expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who:

• Is in the penultimate or final year of their degree, or has recently graduated (no more than 6 months from the internship start date).
• Is on track for a 2.1 (UK grading system) or equivalent in their first undergraduate/bachelor’s degree.
• Can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency.
• Has values that align with ours: hardworking, trustworthy, dedicated, and collaborative.
• Is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills.
• Is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines.
