The Corporate Finance Group offers a complete range of services to global MNCs, local companies, and publicly listed and private companies, including IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, divestments, capital raisings through equity or debt, asset/business/share valuations, and assistance with due diligence and business reviews.

Role Responsibilities

You will work alongside experienced professionals as part of a project team and may contribute by:

• Conducting market and industry research
• Retrieving and analysing financial information (e.g., from Bloomberg, Capital IQ, and other sources)
• Screening for and profiling suitable potential targets, buyers, or investors
• Writing and amending proposals, reports, and marketing materials such as Information Memorandums and Teasers
• Conducting comparable company and comparable transaction analysis
• Performing basic financial modelling
