This position is open to students looking for a 6-month internship.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the field team to provide pre-sales support and technical consultancy to customers.
• Undertake vendor solutioning to understand customer requirements, environments, and challenges, and propose or provide security solution designs.
• Support systems engineering presales activities, including proposals, demos, and presentations.
• Participate in preparing tender documents, proposals, RFPs, and RFIs.
• Participate in Proof of Concept (PoC) activities for technical solutions delivered to customers.
• Provide direct technical support to customers.
• Study solution capabilities in depth and derive relevant use cases.

We Are Looking For

• Sound knowledge of security concepts across domains such as network, endpoint, and application.
• Good understanding of networking technologies, including routing, switching, VPN, and related areas.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of hacking techniques, exploit simulation, or penetration testing.
• Knowledge of blue teaming, security operations lifecycle, and incident analysis processes.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Positive attitude and an inquisitive mindset to troubleshoot and improve solutions.
