Transaction Services Intern

As a Transaction Services Intern, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of merger and acquisition (M&A) transactions. This internship offers the opportunity to work alongside industry experts and contribute to projects that help shape the future of leading organizations across diverse sectors.

Working alongside seasoned professionals, you will support buy-side merger and acquisition and sell-side divestiture processes, with a primary focus on enhancing stakeholder value. You will help identify key risks and benefits early in the transaction life cycle. The team provides advisory services across the full transaction lifecycle, including:

• Financial due diligence
• Commercial due diligence
• Synergies assessments
• Operational due diligence
• Value creation
• Post-deal integration and separation support
