Your Role in the Village

As a UI/UX Design Intern, you will work closely with our project and client teams to identify existing pain points or growth opportunities. Using these insights, you will design new user-friendly products or services.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with project and product managers, UI/UX designers, and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Support the execution of all visual design stages from concept to final handoff for product development.
• Support defining the visual direction and design requirements.
• Help unify the design language and enhance digital experiences.
• Stay up to date with cutting-edge technologies and UI trends.
• Bring proposed solutions to life through user personas and journey mapping.
• Support the product development process by writing user stories, creating test scripts, and performing user testing across mobile apps and web platforms.
• Support the co-innovation process between clients, in-house designers and development teams, and external partners (e.g., start-ups and/or solution providers), including UI/UX design related activities:
  • Conducting user-driven immersion and requirements gathering.
  • Ideating and designing the product concept.
  • Testing and validating the solution prototype.
  • Refining the solution prototype.
  • Documenting all design-related deliverables (e.g., immersion findings, design/brand/style guidelines, functional specification documents).
