Job Description Summary

Formulate new business proposals, develop company forecasts and valuations, evaluate merger and acquisition scenarios, and prepare documents related to the public and private issuance of stock. Work on every aspect of the transaction process, including participating in drafting sessions, developing new business proposals, and attending due diligence meetings.

Responsibilities

• Collate and analyze data using preset tools, methods, and formats; work independently.
• Provide basic financial modeling input into business cases, costs, and schedules to support business growth.
• Organize and prepare complex documents using a variety of applications on technology devices (including standard office software); gather and summarize data for special reports.
• Interpret data and identify possible answers by navigating a wide variety of processes, procedures, and precedents.
